Wonder Woman team-up to stop Parasites son. The diabolical plan was to harness a tremendous amount of energy and then have Firestorm transmutate that energy into Parasite's sons DNA. The plan was foiled by Superman and Wonder Woman by throwing Parasite into the black hole in his sons chest. This somehow produced an unexpected energy surge and stopped the transmutation.

Also, DNA contains a lot of information and could be said to have energy in it in the form of the chemical bonds it has. I do not know how pure energy will be transmutated, especially while being integrated into DNA. My best guess would be that the energy is being converted into elements, which hold a tremendous amount of power, In addition, these elements will change his DNA sequence to incorporate these elements, which will alter the villain in some way.
Looking at clip 2. I have no clue why there's a black hole in the middle of the villains chest. The black hole is connected, somehow, to the villain obtaining the large amount of energy he desires. Once Parasite is thrown in the black hole, I can only assume, this throws off the villains calculations and allowable energy absorbance, which stops the conversion and causes an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) to be produced (Looking at clip 3) and closes the black hole. The EMP then shuts down the electronic bot holding Wonder Woman. A powerful EMP would cause electronics within it's radius to be shut down; so, this is correct. However, I found no evidence of a black hole emitting an EMP. Black holes affect gravitational waves. However, that doesn't mean that there couldn't be charged particles flowing to the black hole. To create an instance where this may be possible: charged particles are accelerating toward the black hole and once the the disturbance is created the particles are affected causing an EMP.
